Enereco S.p.A. is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector in Italy.
The selected candidate will be integrated into the company’s team and will report directly to the Project Management Department. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects, while meeting agreed quality, cost, and timeline objectives. They will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, ensuring excellent relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the contract and full project lifecycle, from planning to closure.
- Maintain effective, continuous communication with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and implement timely solutions.
- Track performance and suggest/implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with various company functions to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in managing engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector in Italy (e.g., pipelines, plants, etc.).
- A degree in Engineering, preferably in Environmental, Civil or related fields.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage high-profile clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability for national travel.
