The project focused on water injection efficiency improvements on the Kliwa II reservoir.
The main objectives consist of the workover of 10 existing Wells and the drilling of two new wells (I2 and I11) for continuous water injection. In addition, 6 existing Wells shall be subject to workover to become producers from the Kliwa II layer only.Two of the major areas of investment for this field were the produced water treatment plant and the high pressure pumping units.
Overall, the project consisted of the produced water system, raw water system, high pressure pumping and distribution, storage tanks, vent system, drain system, wells.Enereco carried out the FEED, detailed design and procurement services and permitting services, (including vendor and sub-contractor management).
